Our club is situated in an unspoilt part of Monmouthshire, just over the border into Wales. From the club it is possible to walk in virtually any direction and discover beautiful countryside. Walking information can be made available to visitors at the club. Just a little further afield are the following attractions:
- Forest of Dean with excellent cycle and walking tracks. There is also a cycle hire centre.
- The stunning Wye Walley and Offa's Dyke walks are less than 20 minutes away by car.
- Tintern Abbey with exhibition centre and craft shops/tearooms.
- The Big Pit (National Mining Museum of Wales) at Blaenavon is an excellent day out.
- Within easy reach, there are many charming small towns such as Usk, Chepstow, Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye that are good for a potter.
- The area is rich in Medieaval Castles - many of which have special events in the summer season.
